feat(系统管理): 员工档案子表完善与合同枚举中文映射

1. 员工状态改用 hr_user_status 字典，新增/编辑、列表、搜索联动；2. 员工档案子表（教育经历、银行卡、社保、证照、奖惩）增删改完善，教育经历为空时用主表旧字段回填；3. 劳动合同列表补充类型/状态/签署状态中文映射与日期格式化；4. 标签宽度调整避免折行。
