fix(系统管理): 人员档案岗位回显过滤历史id并修正直属上级姓名取值

1. 岗位下拉改用 postIdDisplay 计算属性，字典匹配不到的历史 id 不再回显裸数字，form.postId 保持原值不影响保存；2. 直属上级姓名改为取详情接口 managerUserName，未返回时用空格占位避免回退显示裸 id。
